SOA 12.2.1 Domain creation config.sh will not start in Console mode (Doc ID 2092395.1)

Goal

Customer was trying to run the config script in the console mode for 12.2.1.


For SOA version 12.2.1 when script /u02/app/ens/g2/install/mw_home/oracle_common/common/bin/config.sh -mode=console is called it fails to start the config wizard and exits without error.

1) env set to CONFIG_JVM_ARGS=-Djava.security.egd=file:/dev/./urandom
2) sh config.sh -mode=console
