When one select "manager" to be visible in the ApplicationInstance Certification Page, OIM displays the user and not the manager.
1. Create a Application instance certification and run the schedule job.
2. Now the certification task got created in the Dashboard.
3. Navigate to Certifications -> dashboard -> click on the corresponding Certification task -> Open the certification.
4. Click on following option from the table View -> Manage columns -> Add Manager column.
Manager Login value need to be populated in the Manager column
User login value gets populated.
