Symptoms

Issue clarification:

One cannot copy/paste an image into the Rich Text Editor RTE in IE 11

One can paste an image into the RTE on Firefox.
No Error message are reported so far.

Steps to replicate:
Copy an image from windows explorer and past into the RTE.
