Cookies are not visible in Safari browser after navigating to other page using satellite:form tag

Symptoms
A cookie is using satellite:cookie tag by specifying attributes as follows:
<satellite:cookie name="mycookiename1" value="mycookievalue1" timeout="-1" secure="false" xhtml="false" url="/cs"/>
Cookies are visible in the browser, but are not available within the page execution in one particular scenario i.e;
1. Using Safari browser for the test, accessed the page using vanity url
2. Navigating from this page to another page via a satellite:form tag using "/cs/Satellite?d=&c={Asset type}&pagename={pagename}&cid={id}"
In this case, the cookie is not visible in Safari, whereas this works in other browsers such as Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.
