Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 11gr2 PS3 (11.1.2.3) has been installed and configured, and Mobile and Social Services have been set to Enabled in OAM Console.

When attempting to access the Mobile and Social configuration page in OAM Console the "Mbean attribute access denied" error is displayed on screen multiple times. For example:


Steps to reproduce

1. Access OAM 11.1.2.3 Console at /oamconsole and login as <_USER> user.
2. Click on the Mobile Security tab then Mobile and Social Services: error occurs "Mbean attribute access denied. MBean: com.oracle.idaas:type=Xml,name=MobileService Getter for attribute ServiceProviderNames Detail: Access denied. Required roles: executing subject principals=[<_USER>, <_USER>]"
