Symptoms

On : 4.1.1 version, SQL Format-er

SQL Developer Does not display correct Utf-8 Hebrew Characters after worksheet file Save/Re-open

This applies to all Non-English Unicode character set

Changed the font at the preferences with fonts like Tahoma that support Hebrew characters but when the file is re-open as Worksheet the characters are gibberish.
