Problems When Using a Credential Map in a Custom SOA Composite in Embedded Java (Doc ID 2094393.1)

Symptoms

You're implementing a custom SOA composite for request approval, and using the following code in embedded java to retrieve the credentials for xelsysadm:

For example, see the following tutorial, Create a Custom Approval Process for Self Registration:

http://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/obe/fmw/oim/oim_11g/Request_Workflow_for_Self_Registration/request_workflow_for_self_registration.htm

But at runtime, you see an access denied error.  If you hardcode the credentials in the embedded java, and comment out the above, it works correctly.
