Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

weblogic.store.PersistentStoreFatalException: [Store:280029]The store record 41 could not be found.

After a managed failover on the SOA Suite cluster an OSB node starts in the running state as FAILED with error:

weblogic.store.PersistentStoreFatalException: [Store:280029]The store record 41 could not be found.

PersistentStore._WLS_WLS_OSB2 is the store that is failing.
