'Remove Accounts' Link Is Disabled While Trying To Revoke The User's Target Account (Doc ID 2094467.1)

When a resource object is disabled for a user and if the administrator tries to revoke the account , the 'Remove Accounts' link is disabled/grayed out and hence not letting the admin to revoke the user's target account.

Test case:

1. Provisioned one target account to a user.
2. Account got provisioned successfully.
3. Disable the user manually, now the target account status goes to "Disabled" status.
4. When Admin try to revoke the account using Remove button the link is disabled.
