Email is not Processed by the Enterprise Capture Import Processor when the Email Contains a Tab Character in Subject Line (Doc ID 2094825.1)

Enterprise Capture Import Processor is not processing certain emails.  These emails remain in the inbox.

The below error appears in the Capture.out file:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure workspace to use Email as Import Source.
2. Configure Email Account.
3. Send an email with space/tab in subject line to the mailbox and wait for sometime for it to be picked up by Capture.
