Enterprise Capture Import Processor is not processing certain emails. These emails remain in the inbox.
The below error appears in the Capture.out file:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure workspace to use Email as Import Source.
2. Configure Email Account.
3. Send an email with space/tab in subject line to the mailbox and wait for sometime for it to be picked up by Capture.
