Email is not Processed by the Enterprise Capture Import Processor when the Email Contains a Tab Character in Subject Line

Symptoms

Enterprise Capture Import Processor is not processing certain emails.  These emails remain in the inbox.

The below error appears in the Capture.out file:

oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: Index Field [EmailSubject] of Document [name.pdf] was assigned invalid value

 or:

Caused by: oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: oracle.odc.exception.CaptureException: Index Field [Org ID] of Document [Name.pdf] was assigned invalid value [Capture ?Name??Test 4 with ?Tab] at
