Symptoms
In WebCenter Forms Recognition 11.1.1.8.0, an RTS instance is configured to use a Database job. Batches are stuck in state 100 and 700 and the RTS instances are active, but batches are not moving through the system. New batches get imported without issue and some remain in state 100 while others move on to state 550. No errors have been reported during processing.
