How Can You Manipulate Content-Length Through OHS (Doc ID 2095417.1)

After implementing a Dynamic Converter Template based on the PDF JS solution to render the PDFs inline, you could face an issue with the HTTP Headers that are not allowing to make a progressive rendering for large PDFs.

If you put the same PDF in OHS it will work properly, however if it is consumed via WebLayout URL the Content-Length, Content-Range and others Range Requests headers are not being responded.

Is it any WebCenter Content Configuration required to expose these Headers?
