Native Memory Leak when Using libucrypto.so with Java SE 7 (Doc ID 2095478.1)

Symptoms

There is a native memory leak in the libucrypto.so library. You can clearly see the memory leak with any application which makes uses of libucrypto.so in Java SE 7. Below is an example taken from two separate core files one hour apart.
