Symptoms

You may be seeing that logging into the Enterprise Manager FMW Control (fmwc) is slow or hangs,
and/or when navigating through Enterprise Manager FMW Control it is extremely slow,
and/or some Enterprise Manager FMW Control targets may incorrectly show as down,
and/or some metrics are not being displayed.
