After upgrading to OIM 184.108.40.206, both the Self Service and Workflow/Approval screens are blank. You can see the links on the sysadmin screens but when you click on them, you get a blank screen. You have set the system properties to true for Workflows Enabled and Workflow Policies Enabled so this is not the issue.
