Enterprise Manager Ops Center (EMOC) 12c (12.1.4.2502) unable to send Email, despite Notifications for user have been setup by populating all the mandatory (*asterisk) fields.

Administration >> Enterprise Controller >> Local Users >> Select the user >> Configure the Notification Profile
