After restarting the OSB servers, the iWay adapter stops processing messages and requires redeployment

Using the iWay SAP adapter with several OSB services and finding that after the server is restarted, the adapters do not process anything from SAP and the following error is in the log:
Manual redeployment of the iwafjca.rar and iwafjca.war resolve the issue.
