Goal

In Java Mission Control (JMC) there is the option to download an add-on specifically for WebLogic diagnostics, the WebLogic Tab Pack v0.0.7.165303. It does appear to show some events recorded by jcmd using the default settings, but other tabs appear blank. Java Mission Control reports "Event type 'HTTP request' is not enabled in this recording," as in the following example:

Thus those recordings do not contain information that the JMC WebLogic plugin indicates can possibly be recorded, such as HTTP requests.

Is there a way to enable these extra tabs in the .jfc file that we use to record JFR recordings for Java SE 8?
