Oracle Fusion Middleware deinstallation Fails with Error "wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64 (Possible cause: architecture word width mismatch)"

While deinstalling ADF it fails with these errors.

./ -deinstall -jreLoc /usr/java

Some of the checks occurred and then the installer fails to open with the following error:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /tmp/OraInstall2016-01-07_12-09-21PM/oui/lib/solaris/ java: fatal: /tmp/OraInstall2016-01-07_12-09-21PM/oui/lib/solaris/ wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64 (Possible cause: architecture word width mismatch)
