"The account used is a computer account..." Error When Setting AD Home Directory

AD home directory not getting set even if one provides proper values like "\\server01\home01\<username>" in the AD Application form.

Even though the account used is a user account with all the necessary privileges and successfully able to create a directory directly on the AD machine using that user account, the following error is seen:

In lookup Lookup.Configuration.ActiveDirectory value of CreateHomeDirectory is set to yes.
