When configuring OHS ssl.conf to only use TLS 1.2 and likewise IE browser client to only use TLS 1.2, the SSL connection is failing and "Page Cannot be Displayed" error is given by IE.

If setting OHS to allow TLSv1, then it is working.
Recently upgraded to Oracle HTTP Server 188.8.131.52 where SSL was previously working and now have new standards to only use TLS 1.1 and 1.2, which is a new feature of OHS 184.108.40.206.
