When Viewing An Imaging Document From A PeopleSoft Integration, Error "System Error has occurred" Is Displayed and Error "SolutionNamespace Not Configured: PS_CRM" Occurs In The Logs (Doc ID 2098552.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open an Imaging document from the PeopleSoft Imaging Browser, the Imaging application opens, but the window displays "a System Error has occurred" message.

The IPM Diagnostic log displays the following:
