After Upgrade In EM FMW Console the Old OVD/OID Version is Displayed (Doc ID 2098890.1)

Goal

After upgrade to 11.1.1.9 , in EM FMW console the version of OVD being displayed is 11.1.1.7 (old version) instead of 11.1.1.9

Verifying opatch lsinventory show version correct version 11.1.1.9

Verifying $ORACLE_INSTANCE/config/OVD/ovd1/server.os_xml show version correct version 11.1.1.9
