Upgrade From 11.1.1.6.1 To 11.1.1.8.0 Failed Due To Error - "READURLProblem In CallElement. Error Number=-111" (Doc ID 2099070.1)

Symptoms

Upgrade from 11.1.1.6.1 to 11.1.1.8.0 failed.

The upgrade failed once when it couldn't flush the SS server. This was corrected and resolved by starting up RSS that wa not running.

Retried the upgrade installation without quitting the installer and got following error in the server log:

[2016-01-12 21:43:35,431 EST] [ERROR] [http-8050-2] [fatwire.logging.cs.install] READURLProblem in CallElement. Error number=-111
