"ORABPEL-30953 User has insufficient privileges": When Opening Pending Approvals (Doc ID 2099144.1)

Symptoms

Pending approvals are not displayed in the OIM identity home page of user.
When user logs in, a pop message states that they do not have privilege to view pending approvals., contact system administrator.
