When a user logs in to the Imaging AXF work list, the Task List appears blank.

The following appears in the log:

Caused by: javax.naming.CommunicationException [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: t3://machine:8002: Destination unreachable; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset; No available router to destination]
