Symptoms
Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS) 3.0
When attempting to run a Restful Service
the following error occurs.
ERROR

404 Not Found
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Install ORDS 3.0 to work in parallel with ORDS 2.0.
2. Try the Restful services using both versions of ORDS.
3. An 404 error occurs instead of the Restful results with ORDS 3.0, but the correct results are displayed with ORDS 2.0.
