Symptoms

Having High CPU Load where the application not responding and you see following error in log files:

Caused by: oracle.ias.cache.RegionFullException:
J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.replace
J2EE JOC-018 The region is full.

MDS-00197: An internal error occurred when processing MetadataObject {0} with cache key {1}.

Cause: An error occurred in the LayeredCache processing.
Action: Check for log messages. If the problem persists, clear the MDS cache and contact Oracle Support Services.
Level: 1
