Exalogic  server SUNFIRE X4170 M2 rebooted creating a vmcore

kernel crash was observed in
kernel BUG at ipc/shm.c:205!
invalid opcode: 0000

caused by process: Pid: 12151, comm: myapp.exe

process 12151 booted as a Tuxedo application server (following output from ps command listing): myapp.exe -g 2 -i 112 -u tuxadmin -U /myapplications/tuxedo/ULOG -m 0
