Symptoms

Issue while assigning a resource for SAP UM 11.1.1.7 Connector

1.- Deploy the 11.1.1.7.0 SAP UM connector (as an update of the 11.1.1.5.0 version)
2.- Configure IT Resource parameters (see attachment for their values)
3.- Create Form and Application Instance in sysadmin web console
4.- Assign the resource to a user -> Error creating user: destination not found
5.- Run any reconciliation task job -> Error: destination not found
