Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, B2B Engine

When attempting to log on to the B2B Console, the message "An internal error has occurred. Please try again. Refer to server logs for more information" is displayed in the browser, and the following error occurs in the startup log file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to B2B Console.
2. Exception occurs.
