Symptoms

On APEX 4.1.1 up to  5.0.3

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Deep linking using FSP_AFTER_LOGIN_URL does not work after an upgrade

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Re-direct to called application while using FSP_AFTER_LOGIN_URL as it did in apex 4.0 or lower

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade APEX 4.0 to 4.1.1 or higher
2. Test accessing an application that should re-direct to a login page in another "master" application and then back to the original application that called it
3. The call to the login page application will be successful, but then the focus stays there (in  master application) instead of being re-directed to the application that was originally called

Changes

Upgrade APEX from 4.0 to 4.1 or 5.0
