Symptoms

In Exalogic Linux Physical and Virtual racks, issue of Compute Nodes(Physical rack) or Guest vServers (virtual rack) having no IB network connectivity both EoIB and IPoIB is seen. In case of Compute Nodes only Management interface works.

VNICs status on the IB Switches is shown as WAIT-IOA status as seen below
