RP/TUXART Tuxedo Client Sessions Not Cleaned UP When Closing 3270 Emulator Connection Due To Timeout

On Tuxedo  ART for IMS 12.1.3 version, client HostExplorer (tn3270) emulator is creating connection leak if the emulator is open more then 1 hour.

On Tuxedo ART 12.1.3 side servers , ARTICTL/ARTICTLH,  also have sessions that are not getting released and reaching Tuxedo ubb configuration parameter MAXWSCLIENTS limit.

The following error occurs.

073803.server!ARTICTLH.22022.2590973216.-2: LIBTUX_CAT:1122: ERROR: No space in Bulletin Board
073803.server!ARTICTLH.22022.2590973216.-2: LIBTUX_CAT:582: ERROR: Unable to register, registry table full

Due to this issue, users are reaching MAXWSCLIENTS and then fail to connect to emulator, require reboot of Tuxedo ART application.
