Symptoms

Getting ADF error randomly, while user clicks on any navigation link or button. Oracle ADF 12.1.3

When user clicks on any navigation link, we are seeing this ADF error on the screen. Works fine when user needs to close the session and restart.
Navigation link invokes a BTF, which is dropped as a dynamic region. No webservices calls are involved
