Veridata server v12.1.3 doesn't allow users into to Veridata UI. Users can logon but then it returns an error with j_security_check. The datasource jdbc/OpssDataSource is not found. (Doc ID 2102704.1)

Symptoms

 Veridata server v12.1.3.0.2 doesn't allow users into to Veridata UI. Users
can logon but then it returns an error with j_security_check. The admin
console is accessible. This veridata server install has been running fine
since mid-2015.

The WLS console shows the security groups for Veridata are intact and linked
to the proper usernames.

The VERIDATA_server1.log shows:
