My Oracle Support Banner LDAP Adapter generates 'qualified' response, unlike where it is 'unqualified' (Doc ID 2103165.1)

After applying Bundle Patch, the XSD file generated by the LDAP Adapter wizard is configured with elementFormDefault="qualified". When an XPATH expression is execute on the response from the LDAP Adapter partner link, the result set is empty.

The behavior should be the same found when Bundle Patch was applied. The XSD was configured with elementFormDefault="unqualified", and the same XPATH expression was executed successfully.
