In this particular case, whenever a user is trying to drag-and-drop a content item into a WebCenter Content server enterprise folder, the check-in dialog box of WebCenter Content server was being redirected to 127.0.0.1:7101. The Desktop Integration Suite client connection was never made to this IP, and there was no WCC/Content UI server running on this port.
