Symptoms

JAX-WS Webservice - Incomplete Response since migration to WebLogic 12.1.3

Since migrating from WLS 12.1.1 to WLS 12.1.3, it seems that for one of your JAX-WS web Service (RI's version is JAX-WS RI 2.2.10-b140319.1121), the SOAP Response sent back from the server is incomplete.

The namespace changed xmlns:ns3="http://xmlns.ec.eu/BusinessObjects/Core/CBO/From/V1" is missing on WLS 12.1.3

This missing namespace declaration makes the response unparsable for the clients:
