Symptoms

I'm trying to get a test instance of Forms and Reports 12c. I have successfully installed the software, and I can launch the Weblogic instances - AdminServer, WLS_FORMS and WLS_REPORTS individually.

How to create Windows services for these instances. Please provide updated instructions on how to create Windows services for Forms and Reports 12c.
