DB Adapter - MS SQL Server stored procedure table type issue, 'BINDING.JCA-11819' (Doc ID 2104724.1)

Calling a MSSQL Server stored procedure from DB Adapter the stored procedure accepts MSSQL User-Defined Table Type as the input parameter.
While creating the DB Adapter in JDev (, getting below error:

Database type not supported.
Encountered a database type table type that is either not supported or is not implemented.
Parameter InsertDept_TVP is of type table type which is either not supported or is not an implemented datatype.
Check to ensure that the type of the parameter is one of the supported datatypes or that there is a collection or user defined type definition representing this type defined in the database.
