Capture Imaging Commit Driver Failed to Append Page Into Existing Document (Doc ID 2105272.1)

Symptoms

When Capture Commit processor is attempting to append an image in Imaging, the commit processor fails with the error "Failed to append page into existing document".


Error in the Capture logs:
