Symptoms

When logged on to the Self Service console, searching for requests for a specific beneficiary, you must specify the beneficiary's Login ID.  However, it appears that the search is actually done by Display Name.  Although the Login ID must be unique, the same is not true for the Display Name.  So the search results will show the requests for all users with the same Display Name, rather than the requests only for the user whose Login ID was used for the search.
