"ODI-1269: Session could not be stopped by Agent" for ODI Jobs Stuck in Scheduler

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Some scheduling jobs are stuck and cannot be stopped. The following exception is reported:
The issue can be reproduced at will by restarting the agent in the middle of a job, either by manually restarting it, or rebooting the server.
