Symptoms

Some Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) scheduling jobs are stuck and cannot be stopped. The following exception is reported:

The issue can be reproduced at will by restarting the agent in the middle of a job, either by a manual agent restart it, or rebooting the server instance.
