Symptoms

Unable to checkout password on Windows target in OPAM Administrative Console

Successfully added a Windows server target in the OPAM Administrative Console. When the target is configured to use the local Administrator account, OPAM user can successfully checkout the password for the Administrator account on the windows target.

However, when the target is configured to use a service account (i.e opamsvc), the user is unable to checkout the password for the Administrator account on the windows target. The opamsvc account is a local account on the windows target server and is a member of the local Administrators group on the windows target server.
