Symptoms

Replicat has abended while creating a user with below error:

2016-02-12 22:56:46 ERROR OGG-00519 Fatal error executing DDL replication: error [Error code [1917], ORA-01917: user or role 'NAME1' does not exist SQL grant select on XXXXX.YYY to XXXXX /* GOLDENGATE_DDL_REPLICATION */], no error handler present.
