Partition WorkManager Page Does Not Open With Japanese Language Browser (Doc ID 2106548.1)

Symptoms

When using a browser with the Japanese Language setting, the partition work manager page in the Admin Console does not open with the following error in the server log:

The issue can be reproduced by following these steps:

  1. Access the Admin Console using a browser with the Japanese language set.
  2. Access [Domain] -> [Domain Partitions] -> [Partition Work Managers].
  3. Create a new Partition Work Manager.
  4. Open created Partition Work Manager.
  5. Cannot open it with error.
