Symptoms

"csJdbcReleaseConnectionInTransaction" errors are occurring intermittently, which is causing WCC/WCCREC transactions to fail or partially complete. For example, a content item was checked in and the document history indicates the  "Checkin" action was recorded while the data of the item was corrupt and could not be retrieved even by Repository Manager.
