WLS 12.1.3 에서 "JSP_SERVLET" 삭제되는 현상

Oracle WebLogic Server - 버전 12.1.3.0.0 과(와) 그 후속이 문서의 내용은 모든 플랫폼에 적용됩니다.
증상
WLS 12.1.1 에서 WLS 12.1.3 버전으로 업그레이드한 후, "jsp_servlet" 디렉토리가 삭제되는 현상이 발생합니다.
1. WLS 12.1.3.0.0 버전 사용.
2. 매니지드 서버(<SERVER_NAME>, 포트: <PORT>)에 App(<APPLICATION_NAME>)배포.
3. 웹로직 기동 & 매니지드 서버 기동.
startWeblogic.cmd
startManagedWebLogic.cmd <SERVER_NAME> t3://localhost:<PORT>
4. http://localhost:7003/Shoppingcart/index.jsp 방문
=>[domain_home]\servers\<SERVER_NAME>\tmp\_WL_user\<APPLICATION_NAME>\<PACKAGE_NAME>\jsp_servlet 디렉토리밑에
__index.class 생성 됨.
5. 웹로직 매니지드서버 graceful shutdown 실행.
stopManagedWebLogic [ManagedServer] t3://localhost:7001 [USERNAME] [PASSWORD]
6. jsp_servlet 디렉토리(.class 파일) 가 삭제되는 것을 확인 함.
( force shutdown 사용시에는 삭제되지 않음)
* WLS 12.1.1 & 12.1.2 버전에서도 위의 step에 따라 동일하게 테스트해 본 바로는 jsp_servlet 디렉토리가 삭제되지 않음.
