502 Bad Gateway Error While Connecting To Host Through Proxy Server From OAG 11.1.2.3.0 (Doc ID 2108063.1)

Symptoms

Using the 11.1.2.3.0 version of OAG.

The URL has been set to a https endpoint in an Integrated Connection Filter, or any other filter that can be used to connect to a backend URL.  Routing is performed through a proxy server that is connected to through http.

In this scenario, any attempt to connect to the backend service returns the following error:

HTTP/1.1 502 Bad Gateway
